Congratulations, you have taken the first step to joining the coolest walk/run club in Fox River Grove!  We respect everyone's privacy, so membership requests are manually approved by team managers.  

We use Stack Team App to communicate and manage team business.  

For Smart Phones:

1.) Install the Stack Team App (not Stack Team) from the Apple App Store or Google Play

2.) Create a new account on Stack Team App

3.) Search for FRG and select FRG Running (that's us)

4.) Tap “Become a member” near the top of the screen

Remember requests are manually approved for everyone’s privacy so please be patient and don't give up. You will be added to our club directory within 24 hours... then the fun begins

Everyone Else:

If you don't have a smart phone or don't want to install the club app don't worry, you can still join.  Just click the Join button to the right of our logo at the top of this page.
